What helps us reply faster

You do not need a finished brief. A few details up front mean the first call is useful instead of a fishing trip.

  • What the software is for. The job it has to do and who uses it, whether staff, customers, or both.
  • What you run today. The systems, spreadsheets, or tools it needs to talk to. Integrations are usually the real work.
  • Rough timing. A hard date, a "as soon as sensible", or just "we are scoping". Any of those is fine.
  • What good looks like. A number, a process that disappears, or a thing you stop doing by hand.

What happens after you write

  1. 01We read it and reply from felix@cenaadvisory.com, usually within one or two business days.
  2. 02We get on a call. If the shape is clear we talk build and ballpark; if it is not, we may suggest a two-week discovery first.
  3. 03You own the code. That is the default, not a paid extra. See the FAQ for how ownership, hosting, and handover work.
