Short commercial terms for early conversations: quotes, discovery, and who owns what.
Quotes on this website or in email are not contracts until both sides sign a written agreement for that engagement.
Discovery is a separate fixed-price engagement. Completing discovery does not oblige you to hire us for the build, and does not oblige us to accept a later build on the same terms.
You own deliverables you have paid for, subject to any open-source or third-party licences that apply to parts of the work.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, the venue is Australia.
